Dedicated PMO Effort

• Industry standard tools such as MS Projects are used tracking the projects for timely completion.

• Our reporting and tracking tools provide synchronized visibility to the customer, enabling them to contribute instantaneously.

Reporting

• Our tools regularly feed into BI tools.
• A choice of graphical and tabular reports is furnished to the customer at different stages, and suitable intervals. Many of these are proven, automated reports that meet the need of different echelon of hierarchy, and some are custom, prepared by our PMO.
• These reports are used for improvement on a daily basis.

Collaboration Tools

• Many of our projects involve consultants from various parts of the world. To make this possible we use hosted collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Office Communicator, Visual Source Safe etc. Our increased dependence on tracking tools stems from this distributed way of working.

Agile

• Our developers are tuned to Agile way of working. Home grown tools are used for SCRUM / Agile mode. Our tools provide day to day visibility.
• Our developers have also used other tools such as Rally for executing Agile projects.
